Large four legged beast of burden, directly related to old world elephants. These all have long curled tusks for defense, long wooly hair falling nearly to their feet also for protection from sun and predators, though they have few predators. Come in a variety of colors ranging from light tan to black. Height varies from 13 ft to 18 ft at the shoulder. Weighing in at 14,000 lbs to 23,000 lbs. Primarily raised and jealously guarded and used by the Ikara of Eurontias for heavy lifting and building in lieu of machinery. These creatures are omnivores. Slang for Chylophants is Chylos.
